Tomorrow I turn 40. It seams strange to be of an age that I can actually remember my parents being with complete clarity. I accept and embrace this budding new season in my life and look forward to all the things I will learn.
I am a wife and mother of four children ( 17, 9, 7, 4). I love to do crafts, it is something I do that relaxes me. I love to read, especially about world history.
I love the Lord Jesus and am constantly learning and growing (although sometimes not to gracefully ) through reading His Word.
I love to study the end times although I am not an alarmist, nor am I a date setter. However I do feel that as Christians we will know the signs of the times and we will know the season we are in. I feel very strongly we are in the last days, as to the day or the hour that Jesus will return for us I do not know, the Lord makes it clear that no one will know that information, not even the angels in Heaven. I also have not decided if I am pre-trib or mid-trib in relation to the rapture. I feel it could be either, one way or the other we WILL know eventually! But I do know that He is coming! So, be ready at all times.
As you may have guessed from some of my posts, I like to look at dates, for a while I found it very interesting that God gave us so much information about dates in the Old Testament. So I started adding them up. I thought it was fun and I learned new insights about the patriarchs.
I also love to go camping up in the mountains with my family. I love the ocean with the salty air and refreshing breezes (I was raised on the New England coastline) Although I do not presently live in New England it will always be a part of me.
I am also a newsletter editor for the women of my church. This is a very fun way to serve the ladies in my church and I love it.
So, that is me in a very small nutshell. The nutshell is much bigger than this but this is to long already! LOL!
